Kenton is a qualified turf professional with over 30 years experience in the golf and sports turf industry.
Kenton played an integral role in consulting, project management, establishment and maintenance of one of Australia'sTop 100 Golf Courses, Magenta Shores Golf and Country Club which was ranked Number 18 (Golf Australia)
and Number 24 (Australian Golf Digest) in 2008.
In 2008 Kenton was awarded the Australian Golf Course Superintendents Association (AGCSA) Claude Crockford National Environmental Award for Environmental Stewardship.

Kenton is keen golfer who plays off a single figure handicap, a passion he shares with his family who are all keen golfers. As well as enjoying the challenges of trying to master the golf course Kenton utilises his spare time taking advantage of the pristine beaches and natural environment of the NSW Central Coast.
Having spent most of his life playing, managing and constructing golf course environments Kenton rates golf courses that take advantage of the natural environment and endemic plant species highest on his list of must play.
NSW, Kingston Heath, Royal Melbourne, The Dunes, Barnbougle Dunes are all golf courses that have provided a lasting impression in this respect.
